Charonne Randall, LCSW-C

As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator™, I am skilled in delivering the curriculum of Brene’ Brown’s research on courage, vulnerability, and shame. Together we will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back and identify new choices and practices that will move you toward more authentic and abundant living. The primary focus is on developing daily practices that transform the way you live, love, and lead. My areas of expertise include counseling women and couples experiencing life transitions — identity, employment, geographic and relationship changes– and the difficulties they present.

I work with individuals and couples to communicate better and learn the skills to begin building more fulfilling and healthy relationships. I have expertise and interest in working with middle age women and couples.

Nicole Cameron, LMSW

I provide a safe, positive, nonjudgmental space for self-discovery, acceptance, and growth where each client is seen, heard, and understood. I assist each client in progressing through challenges that may arise on their journey to achieving their goals. I offer interventions, patience, respect, open communication, authenticity, and dedication to support clients and help them implement the changes they seek. Together we will identify effective coping strategies to manage stress, increase distress tolerance and emotional regulation, and build mindfulness. You will gain confidence in your understanding and integration of individualized techniques to support resilience in your personal and professional lives.

I work with adults, specializing in anxiety, life transitions, self-worth, work-related stress, and performance and life balance. 

Therapist

Olivia Yonga, LMSW

I focus on collaboration, building rapport, establishing trust, and ensuring that clients feel safe, secure, and confident in the therapeutic space. I encourage clients to share as much as they feel comfortable sharing and let them set the pace for our work together. I consider myself “feelings-focused” in sessions and like to encourage clients to lean into their feelings while offering them support as they do. I know therapy can be scary and experiencing feelings might be overwhelming, which is why I believe it is important to highlight my clients’ strengths and capabilities.

I have a special interest in working with couples.  I use a strengths based approach to highlight the clients’ strengths and I focus on emotions and emphasize emotions in session, using Emotional Focused Therapy. My area of expertise is helping individuals work through the barriers to happiness and fulfillment.
