7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Introduction and Setting the Tone

• Opening remarks by the Master of Ceromony about the purpose of the event 
• Brief overview of the agenda for the evening

8:00 PM - 8:20 PM: Keynote Speech: "Getting Unstuck: Embracing Your Journey to Self-Discovery and Growth

8:20 PM - 8:40 PM: Group Discussion and Sharing

• Breakout   into smaller groups for intimate discussions
• Each group discusses their experiences related to the topics covered in the  keynote speech
• Encourage sharing of personal stories, challenges, and successes

8:40 PM - 9:00 PM: Permission Slip Exercise

• Journaling exercise for self-reflection and goal-setting
